In a bowl, mix semolina, crumbled mawa, and sugar.

Add milk slowly and make a smooth, slightly thick batter.

Add cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits, then mix well.

Heat oil or ghee in a pan on medium flame.

Step 5

Pour a small ladle of batter into the oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Remove and serve warm.
