Holi Special Fruits Custard

Step 1

Take 2 tablespoons custard powder in a small bowl and mix it with 3–4 tablespoons cold milk to make a smooth paste (no lumps).

Heat the remaining milk in a pan on medium flame.

Step 3

Add sugar and stir until it dissolves completely.

Step 4

Slowly add the custard mixture to the hot milk while stirring continuously.

Step 5

Cook for 3–5 minutes until the custard becomes slightly thick.

Step 6

Turn off the heat and let the custard cool completely.

Step 7

Once cooled, refrigerate it for about 1 hour.

Step 8

Add all the chopped fruits and mix gently.

Step 9

Garnish with nuts and serve chilled.
