Step 1

Wash the betel leaves and gently pat them dry. Remove the stem.

Step 2

Place one teaspoon of gulkand in the center of each leaf.

Step 3

Add fennel seeds, desiccated coconut, cardamom powder, mukhwas, and dry fruits.

Step 4

Fold the paan neatly into a triangle or cone shape.

Step 5

Secure with a toothpick and garnish with a cherry if desired.

Step 6

Serve fresh as a sweet digestive after meals.
