Healthy Vrat Tikki in Air Fryer No Oil Frying

Step 1

Take the raw sabudana (don’t soak it) and crush it along with the makhana into a fine powder.

Step 2

In a bowl, add the crushed mixture, grated raw potatoes, curd, crushed peanuts, black pepper, salt, green chili, and coriander leaves.

Step 3

Mix everything well to form a thick, pliable dough.

Step 4

Shape the mixture into small tikkis (you can give them oval or round shapes).

Step 5

Grease your palms with a bit of oil, then shape and place each tikki onto a tray.

Step 6

Air fry at 400°F for 6 minutes on one side; flip, brush with ghee, and cook another 6 minutes until golden and crispy.
