Step 1

Blanch spinach leaves in 2 cup of boiling water, drain refresh in cold water and squeeze out excess water.

Step 2

in a bowl add spinach leaves, boiled green peas and mashed potatoes. Add ginger- green chili, salt, coriander leaves, cornflour, red chilly powder and chaat masala . Mix everything well.

Step 3

divide this mixture into equal parts. Shape each part into a ball and then press it. Give it a kabaab shape.

Step 4

Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Deep fry all the kabaab on medium flame. Fry till they turn golden brown . Remove from oil and serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce and laccha onions.
