Green Moong Dal Laddoo

Yummy laddoo prepared using green moong and sweetened with jaggery.

Step 1

Dry roast whole green gram for 8-10 minutes on medium heat. Transfer on a plate and set aside to cool to room temperature.

2. Heat jaggery and 2 tbsps water in non-stick pan. Cook till the jaggery melts. Set aside to cool.

3. Transfer the roasted whole green gram in a blender jar and blend to a fine powder.

4. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add the blended powder and sauté till golden brown. Transfer into a bowl and allow to cool to room temperature.

Add mixed nuts powder, green cardamom powder and the cooled jaggery syrup and mix well.
