Take grated carrots and milk in a pan. Cook it on a medium flame for 30 to 35 minutes until the mixture becomes thick. Keep stirring continuously.

Then add sugar and mix . Continue cooking on a low to medium flame, stirring constantly, until all the moisture evaporates and the halwa thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
Now add ghee. Mix well. Cook it for 3 to 4 minutes on high flame. Then add dry fruits and cardamom powder. Mix well. Sprinkle the milk powder all over the surface of the halwa and mix it in thoroughly to avoid lumps.
Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame .Add fried nuts.Then turn off the flame.
spread it in a greased plate, and cut it into squares shape.
