Step 1

Grate carrot → squeeze out excess water. Chop onion + tomato → mix with carrot.

Step 2

*Season*: Add salt, pepper, chaat masala, lemon juice. Toss well.

Step 3

*Assemble*: Spread butter on both slices. Layer with veggie mix → add green chutney if using. Close sandwich.

Step 4

*Toast or Grill*: Butter the outer sides → grill in pan till golden & crisp (3–4 mins per side).

Step 5

*Serve*: Cut diagonally → serve hot with ketchup or dip!
