To make Carrot Soo, first peel the carrot and then cut it at the back and similarly chop the onion and ginger.
Now put oil or butter in the cooker, then add ginger in it, after 20 seconds add onion and sauté it for 1 minute.
Now add chopped carrots to it and saute it in 1 liter then add salt and mix. Now add water as per requirement.
Now after 3-4 minutes, turn off the gas and let the carrots cool down a bit and then grind them.
After 2 minutes, add 1 spoon of herbs mixture, then add salt or black pepper powder or mix well and let it boil for 1 minute, then turn off the gas.
Now carrot soup is ready, serve it, it is very tasty and healthy soup.
