Step 1

To make carrot murabba, first peel the carrots, then wash them and cut them as per your choice. Now take a pan, add chopped carrots and water and boil for 3-4 minutes. After that add jaggery.

Step 2

Now when the jaggery melts well, you have to keep stirring, keep the gas on medium, now gradually the jaggery will thicken.

Step 3

After 4-5 minutes, when the jaggery becomes like syrup, then add lemon juice last and in this way the murabba is cooked.

Step 4

Now jaggery murabba is ready. It is very healthy and tasty. Jaggery murabba is very beneficial for cold and carrot is also good for health.
