Step 1

Drain sabudana completely → grind coarsely (not paste). Mix with rajgira atta + salt → knead into soft dough.

Step 2

Mash potatoes + peanuts + spices. Make small dough balls → flatten → fill → shape like momos.

Step 3

Steam for 10–12 mins till glossy & cooked. Serve with curd or vrat chutney
