Step 1

In a mixing bowl put together singhare ka atta and curd , and mix well .

Step 2

Now by adding water little by little make a smooth but thick batter .

Step 3

Cover and keep it for fermentation for 6 – 8 hours .

Step 4

Cook sugar and water on low heat , until it becomes one string consistency .

Step 5

Add some lime juice or milk , to remove the impurities and also it will prevent the syrup from crystallisation .

Step 6

In a flat bottomed pan heat oil on medium flame .

Step 7

Now pour the batter in the squeezy bottle and start making jalebis .

Step 8

Fry on low heat , until it becomes brown and crispy , by turning them at regular intervals .

Step 9

When they are done take them out and immediately put in the warm syrup .

Step 10

After few seconds take them out on a serving plate and serve .

Step 11

Always fry them in small batches
