Step 1
First, roast the peanuts in a pan over low heat.

Transfer the roasted peanuts onto a cloth, rub them gently, and remove the skins.

Once the peanuts have cooled, put them in a blender jar and grind them using the pulse mode. Our peanut mawa will be ready.

Now, in the same pan, add water to the jaggery and cook it. Cook only until the jaggery melts completely; do not overcook it.

Now add the peanut mawa to this jaggery mixture and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Now pour it onto a greased plate (upside down) and roll it out slightly thick.

Cut into desired shapes. Let it set for 2 hours. Our peanut mawa chikki is ready.
