Crispy Potato Donuts

Step 1

Grate boiled potatoes, In a bowl add potatoes carrot, onion, green chilli, coriander, salt,mix herb, chilli flakes, chaat masala, mix it well until combined, cover & let it rest for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Grease hands with oil takes a mixture & make a ball, flatten & make a shape of donuts.

Step 3

In a bowl add all-purpose flour, salt & water & mix well to make a slurry

Step 4

Now dip potato donuts in prepared slurry, coat with breadcrumbs & Seasame seeds mixture, keep aside for 10 minutes

Step 5

Heat oil in a wok, deep fry the potato donuts on medium flame, till golden brown in colour.

Step 6

Potato Donuts are ready. Serve with tomato ketchup or mint chutney
