Step 1

Firstly, grate the boiled potatoes and add all the above-mentioned dry and green spices to it and knead it like a dough. You can add more or less flour or corn flour.

Step 2

If the prepared dough feels loose, put it in the deep freezer for 10 minutes. Then make 2 large balls from it, place plastic on a board and roll out into a thick roti .cut it into strip.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan and fry the strips as shown until golden. Lift them with both hands and add them to the pan. Fry all the sticks in this way.

Step 4

The tangy ,spicy and crispy potato sticks is ready. Sprinkle chili powder and lemon juice on top while serving. Serve hot with ketchup.
