Step 1

First, boil the milk and reduce it to make thick malai. Then heat a pan and add a little malai, wheat flour, coconut paste, cashew nut paste, almond paste, and rose water. Stir well to form a smooth dough.

Step 2

Once the mixture cools slightly, divide it into small portions and shape them into balls.

Step 3

Fry the balls in hot ghee until lightly golden, then simmer them in the malai for a few minutes. Your Narkeli Malai Puli is ready to serve.
