#Holi26 Every auspicious work and festival is incomplete without sweets. Some special dishes are definitely made in every festival… I have also made Gujhiya with a little twist. This is a Gujhiya made without taking any time and without using any fat.

Step 1

Cut all the biscuits into small pieces and put them in the grinder. Now add milk powder, coconut powder, and cocoa powder and grind them into a powder. Add the nuts and grind them lightly again.

Step 2

Place this mixture in a deep bowl. Add milkmaid, a little at a time, as needed, and knead into a soft dough. Now form a ball and shape it into a gujiya using a gujiya mold.

Step 3

You can also shape gujiyas into desired shapes using your hands. Your delicious biscuit-based gujiyas are ready.

Step 4

Note: Millet biscuits are less sweet, while milkmaid biscuits are sweeter, so avoid using sugar. Add sugar only if you prefer a sweeter taste.
