Step 1

In a pan add 1 ltr full cream milk. Boil until it becomes 1/4 th of the quantity.

Step 2

Stir occasionally

Step 3

Add 3 tbspns of sugar. Mix it.

Step 4

Refrigerate it.

Step 5

In another pan add 2 tbspns Ghee. Fry cashew and keep them separately.

Step 6

In the same pan add 1/4th cup of ghee. Add 1/2 kg grated carrot. Mix it.

Step 7

Add 1 Cup milk. Close the lid and cook until the carrot become soft.

Step 8

Add 1 Cup sugar or according to the carrot sweetness. Cook until halwa becomes thick.

Step 9

Add fried cashews mix it.

Step 10

Transfer it into a bowl. Layer it with Rabdi.

Step 11

Garnish with chopped pistachio and Almond.
