Step 1

First of all, peel and mash the boiled potatoes. Now heat oil in a pan, add green chillies, chopped ginger, coriander powder and fry it a little. Now add boiled potatoes, dry mango powder, garam masala, salt and mix it well. Now add green coriander and mix it.

Step 2

Now cut the bread from the edges. Now take water in a big bowl, dip the bread pieces in it and press them lightly with your hands. Now fill it with potato masala and roll it well.

Step 3

Now heat oil in a pan and fry the bread rolls in it till they turn golden. Serve the prepared bread rolls with green chutney
