Step 1

Cut off the edges of the bread first.

Step 2

Heat milk in a fry pan, add sugar, khoa kheer,Mix cardamom powder and make a mixture.

Step 3

Take a piece of bread, soaked in milk, filled with khoya mix in the middle,It should be formed into a shape of chop.

Step 4

Deep fry in ghee to a golden brown colour.

Step 5

make a light-to-medium consistency syrup by boiling 1 cup of sugar with 1

cups of water. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly sticky; it does not need a full one-string consistency. Flavor with cardamon or saffron, and soak the fried chops in warm syrup for at least 30 minutes to 1 hours.
