Step 1
FOR BESAN STICKS: Sieve besan flour add salt Ghee n rub. It should be like grainy texture. Add rest ingredients n mix add water little by little till thick dough is formed. Apply oil n let it rest for 10 min

Then roll into thin sticks not v thin nor v thick.

Grease butter paper n make all sticks n place on it.

Then place butter paper on baking tray n bake for 15 min or till done golden colour n crispy.

FOR CHARRED GUAVA CHUTNEY: Take half guava n place on gas flame cook till its charred n soft. Cool it n remove the charred skin cut into pieces.
Step 7
Add to grinding jar, add remaining ing grind to fine paste.

FOR STRAWBERRY CHUTNEY: In a pan add Chopped strawberries, jaggery, salt cook till strawberry are soft add lemon juice, jeera powder. Strain it. Let it cool.
Step 9
FOR SERVING: Take serving plate add guava chutney n Strawberry chutney. Tie the sticks n place on chutney. Place ghee bathi on top lit fire.

Then enjoy the sticks with teekhi n meethi chutneys
