Besan masala stuffed kachori

Make dough with maida, ghee, and water. Rest for 30 minutes.
For stuffing, roast besan in oil until fragrant. Add spices (chili powder, garam masala, amchur, salt). Cool.
Divide dough into balls, roll out, place besan mixture in center, seal edges. Make kachoris.
Fry kachoris until golden brown. Serve with chatnies,curd and chopped onion and enjoy.
