Step 1

Combine all the chopped ingredients with the potatoes.

Step 2

Now add the ground black sesame seeds, salt, cumin powder, and coriander powder.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan, add fenugreek seeds and sauté until golden brown. Add turmeric powder and red chili powder, remove from heat, pour it over the potatoes, and mix well with a spoon.

Step 4

Add lemon juice and fresh coriander leaves and serve.
