Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut into equal size pieces.

Step 2

In a bowl mix coriander powder,turmeric powder ,chilli powder,hing and garam masala…add water n make a paste…

Step 3

In a kadai heat oil and add mustard seeds and finely chopped chillies and as it crackles add the paste….add 2-3 tablespoon water and cook till oil oozes out.

Step 4

Add some coriander leaves…saute well…add potatoes and cook till masala gets coated well

Step 5

Squeeze half a lemon….garnish with coriander leaves…

Step 6

Serve hot with chapati..
