#Aloo Aloo ka meetha lachha is potato sweet ,easy to make and made with easily available ingredients at home.This can be served as desert or with rabri.Special thing about this dish is -that is falahari recipe also. You can make it in advance and serve.

Step 1

Peel and wash potatoes.

Step 2

Grate them in thick grater.

Step 3

In a pan boil water and blanch grated potatoes for 1 minute.

Step 4

Strain on a sieve and keep aside.

Step 5

Heat a pan and add sugar and water.

Step 6

Cook till sugar dissolves.

Step 7

Add blanched aloo lachha and cook on high flame stirring gently till sugar coats on it.

Step 8

Serve garnished with chopped almonds, few saffron strands and cardamom powder.

Step 9

Garnish with pomegranate seeds and tulsi leaves .

Step 10

Note- You can serve it with thickened milk (rabri)also.

Step 11

This you can serve in vrat also .
