Step 1

Grate potato & eggs in a bowl. In the mixture add breadcrumbs, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder & chopped onions. Mix well and form a dough but dont mash it.

Now take a ball sized dough and give desired shape. In a bowl mix the raw egg with salt. Take each dough ball and dip in the egg mixture and shallow fry.

Step 3

Now in a kadhai, add oil, next add coarsely pound the cardamom, cloves and cinnamon. Add the onion paste when the whole garam masala starts to crackle. Continue frying the onion with sugar till it turns brown.Add the ginger paste and cook. Stir and add coconut milk. Add little milk and mix well. Add tomato paste, add kashmiri mirch powder, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well and cook. Let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Step 4

When the masala start leaving oil, add the fried koftas. Add cream. Cover & cook on low flame for 3-4 more minutes till the gravy thickens and becomes creamy. Sprinkle garam masala, cover it. Switch off flame. Serve hot with chapati or paratha.
