To make Aloo Chole Chaat, first put oil in a pan, then saute cumin seeds, green chillies and chopped onion in the pan.
Now add the spices like turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala and chaat masala and then cook for 2 minutes.
Now add boiled chickpeas and potatoes and cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Now chickpeas are ready.
Now take out a plate, now to serve, first put chickpeas in the plate, then add chopped onion and chopped tomato.
Then add green chutney, now add sweet tamarind chutney on top of it, then add chopped onion and sev, add green coriander on top of that. Now potato and chickpea chutney is ready.
