Step 1

Boil potato cubes until half cooked and let them cool. Prepare a thick batter using cornflour, rice flour, spices, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt.

Step 2

Coat the potatoes well and deep fry until golden and crispy. In a pan, heat oil and sauté garlic, green chillies, and curry leaves.

Step 3

Add the fried potatoes, toss on high flame for 2–3 minutes, and serve hot.
