Cheese Corn Potato Pockets

Step 1

First, wash the potatoes well, peel them, cut them in half crosswise, bake them in the microwave on micro mode for 5/6 minutes.

Step 2

Then remove the middle part from the potatoes.

Step 3

Then boil the corn.

Step 4

Then, in a bowl, add corn, bell pepper, raw chili, onion, chili flakes, salt and butter.

Step 5

Mix well and put it inside the potato and sprinkle cheese on top.

Step 6

Preheat in convection mode and bake them for 10-12 minutes.The cheese corn potato pockets will be ready.
