Ingredients 1. 10–12 Idli (cut into halves or cubes) 2. 2 tbsp oil 3. 1 tsp mustard seeds 4. 2 green chilies (chopped) 5. 1 tsp red chili powder 6. ½ tsp turmeric powder 7. ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste) 8. 8–10 curry leaves 9. ½ tsp chaat masala / peri-peri seasoning (optional)
Method 1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let them crackle. 2. Add curry leaves and green chilies, sauté briefly. 3. Add idli pieces and fry till golden and crispy. 4. Add turmeric, salt, and red chili powder, mix well. 5. Cook for 2–3 minutes till crisp. 6. Sprinkle chaat masala or peri-peri at the end.
