Malai patisapta is a makar sankranti special dessart recipe which is made by suji and rice flour stuffing.

Step 1

For making crepe

Take in a bowl I cup rice flour, I2 cup maida, 1.5 TSP

add 4-5 cups milk.

Step 5

keep adding milk until a semi thick batter form.mix it carefully without making any lumps.

Step 6

keep aside the mixture for 30 minutes.

Step 7

For making filling

add 2 tsp ghee in a preheated pan.add I tbsp suji & I tbsp rice flour.fry for 2 minutes.

add 2 cups milk and 2tbsp sugar.mix quickly.

Step 10

The consistency of the filling will be semi thick.Keep aside to cool.

For making malai

Pour in a pan Icup milk and I14 th cup milk powder.

mix well

add 2 tbsp sugar & 2 crushed cardamoms.add some saffron strands.

Step 15

consistency should be thick. Keep aside.

Step 16

After 30 minutes make patisapta and add in warm malai for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes enjoy this unique sweet dish
