#Carrot There’s probably no household where carrot halwa isn’t made… but everyone has their own way of making it… So let’s make delicious carrot halwa my way!

Step 1

First, wash and peel the carrots thoroughly. Then grate them.

Step 2

Then boil the milk in a pan and add the grated carrots.

Step 3

When the carrots are cooked well, add the cream. You can also use mawa (khoya) instead of cream.

Step 4

Cook for a little longer. When the mixture thickens, add the sugar and cardamom powder. Cook for another 5-7 minutes after adding the sugar.

Step 5

When the sugar is well mixed, add the ghee and sauté the halwa in the ghee for four to five minutes.

Step 6

This will give the carrot halwa a very good color and enhance the taste many times over.

Step 7

Now our carrot halwa is ready. Add the peeled and halved soaked almonds, cashews, and finely chopped pistachios to the prepared halwa and enjoy the hot halwa.
