The carrots add natural sweetness, crunch, and extra nutrition to the soft, spongy uttapams. Cooked in small rounds on a tawa, these mini uttapams are lightly crisp outside and soft inside, making them perfect for breakfast, kids’ tiffin, or evening snacks. They taste best when served hot with coconut chutney or tomato chutney.

Step 1

Take Dosa batter in a Bowl and mix chopped onion, green chilli, Salt.

Step 2

Heat a non stick pan and Grease lightly with oil.

Step 3

Pour small ladles of battar to make mini uttapam Wait few minutes and spread grated carrots on the top of uttapam.

Step 4

cook on medium flame till bubbles appear,flip and cook till then golden.

Step 5

serve warm with coconut chutney or tomato sauce or green chutney.
