#Carrot Veg Spring Roll is healthy and tasty in which carrot is made from cabbage and wheat flour, it is very good for children also.

Step 1

To make spring roll, knead the dough, add some salt and oil to the dough, knead it and then keep it in a kneader for 15 minutes.

Now to make the stuffing, take a pan, add oil in it, once it gets hot, add chopped chillies and then add grated carrots.

After 20 seconds, pulse the cabbage and fry it for another 20 seconds. Now cover all the spices in it.

Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt or chaat masala, mix everything and cook for 1 minute, then finally add the sauce, mix and cook after 1 minute and turn off the gas.

Now we have to make a ball, take 2 balls, apply oil on one ball and then place the second ball on it and make it like roti, then shake it more and then cool the sheet.

Now when the roti sheet will cool down then the second layer will be separated from the roti sheet. Separate the roti from all the roti sheets one by one and then fill the stuffing.

Now fill the stuffing in the sheet. Take 2 spoons of flour in a bowl and add water to make a batter. Then take a sheet, put the stuffing in it and then apply the batter on both the sides and wrap it round and round so that the sheets stick well.

Step 9

Similarly, all the sheets have to be filled.

Now fill all the stuffing and filter it in oil. Now spring roll is ready, serve it with sauce, chutney or gravy, it looks very tasty.
