Step 1

cook grated carrots in milk on low flame till milk reduced completely.

Step 2

Add sugar and cook till glossy.

Step 3

Add Ghee, Mawa, Elachi powder and dry fruits.and mix well.

Step 12

Cook till Halwa leaves sides and ghee separate.serve warm or chilled garnish with chopped dry fruits.
