Step 1

Peel and cut carrots in small pieces

Step 2

Steam or boil the carrots

Step 3

Take the steamed carrot and blend them with butter to a smooth purée

Step 4

Mix in all other ingredients except the castor sugar

Step 5

Pour in a big casserole or baking dish

Step 6

Bake at 350 degrees for 1hour Sprinkle castor sugar on it
