Take grated carrots.
Add ghee to kadhai and sauté carrots until lightly soft.
Add sugar to halwa and fry on medium heat until sugar dissolves.
Mix mawa in halwa, add elaichi powder.
Garnish with dry fruits (almonds, cashews). Serve hot Gajar Halwa.
