#Curries Kadhai Paneer is a spicy, warming, flavorful and super delicious dish made by cooking paneer & bell peppers in a fragrant, fresh ground spice powder. Here I have given it a little north Indian Punjabi touch.
Wash peel and chop 1 onion and Capsicum in cubes. Wash, peel and chop 2 onions, ginger and garlic. Grate tomatoes and make a puree. Cut paneer in small cubes Add curd in a mixing bowl.

Add salt, red chilli powder and coriander seeds powder in curd and beat it with a whisker thoroughly and keep aside. Heat oil in a karahi. Add chopped cubes of onion and Capsicum and saute for 1 minute and then remove it in a separate plate. Now add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter, add mustard and fennel seeds and saute for 1 minute. Now add grated ginger, green chilli and garlic. Saute for 1 minute. Add chopped onion and sauté for 4 minutes.
Add salt, turmeric and red chilli powder and mix well. Add tomato puree and mix and cook for 2 minutes on low flame or till oil gets separated. Add water and let it come to boiling point. Add fried capsicums and onion and mix and saute for 4-5 minutes. and cook on low flame for 1 minute. Saute on low flame till it turn thick Add paneer cubes and mashed kasuri methi and mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
