Step 1

Dry roast jeera , pepper and make powder.

Step 2

In another kadai add oil fry the black channa till it’s crispy and keep aside.

Step 3

Now add a little more oil , mustard seeds, curry leaves allow to splutter. Now add onions, garlic fry well

Step 4

Add tamarind pulp,salt, jaggery, chilly powder, mix and fry well.

Step 5

Add channa cook for 5 Mins.. at the end add jeera powder mix well and serve..
