#Curries Boondi Kadhi is a yogurt- and chickpea-flour-based curry popular in North India. It is best served with steamed rice for a hearty lunch.
Add besan and curd in a mixing bowl and whisk thoroughly. Add little water, if needed. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander seeds powder and mix well. Now add remaining water and make a solution.

Transfer it in a heavy bottomed karahi and let it come to boil. Lower the flame when boiling point comes. Now let it simmer on low flame till it turn thick. It may take 20 minutes. In the meanwhile, heat oil in a separate pan. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter add carrom seeds. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 minute. Add chopped onion and cook till golden. Add grated tomato puree and cook till oil leaves the sides. Add green chilli chopped lengthwise.
Now transfer this masala in kadhi and mix. Switch off the flame. Add boondi in kadhi and stir well. Mix garam masala. Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves
