Step 1
Wash the green peas and put them in the grinder. Add ginger, green chillies and grind them.

Take it out in a bowl. Grate the boiled potatoes. Add gram flour to it.

Now add chopped coriander, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, garam masala powder and mix.

Prepare the masala and make balls.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the pea balls till they turn golden brown.

Chop tomatoes, ginger, and put them in the grinder and make a puree. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and asafoetida.

Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder. Add tomato puree and mix.
Step 8
Now add salt, coriander powder and cook. Now add fresh cream and boil.
Step 9
Pea koftas are ready. Garnish with green coriander. Serve with roti, naan, paratha etc.

Now add kasuri methi, garam masala powder and stir. Add pea koftas and mix.
