Wash n pressure cook green gram for 3-4 whistles.

Take kadai add oil add rai, jeera hing let it splutter add onion cook till translucent then add tomato cook till soft.

Add ginger garlic paste. Add red chilli powder, kitchen King Masala, coriander powder, saute it Add boiled green gram stir add water according to consistency. Let it boil add coriander leaves.

Step

Last add 2nd tempering. This healthy dal can be eaten with chapati n rice.
