1. Prepare the cups: • Cut samosa sheets into squares (big enough to line muffin moulds). • Brush each sheet lightly with melted butter. • Layer 3 sheets in each muffin cavity, crisscross style to form a “cup”. • Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 7–9 minutes or until golden and crisp. • Let them cool completely.
2. Make the cheesecake filling: • Beat cream cheese + sugar until smooth and creamy. • Add vanilla and lemon juice, mix well. • Gently fold in whipped cream for a light texture. • Chill for 20–30 minutes.
3. Assemble: • Pipe or spoon the cheesecake filling into the crispy samosa cups. • Top with fruit compote, chocolate ganache, or any favorite topping. •
Chill for another 15–20 minutes before serving.
