In a heavy bottom pan, add dry coconut and dry roast it on low flame. In a heavy bottom pan heat ghee and fry gond in batches.
Crush the gond using your bowl or with your hand. Roast cashews and almonds in ghee and add to mixing bowl. Now, in the same pan add semolina and roast it on low to medium flame till it turns aromatic.
Now add some Black pepper.Then add mava into and roast for a minute. keep aside. Now in a pan, add sugar and water. Mix well and cook sugar syrup till it reaches 1 string consistency.
Switch off the gas. Add Roasted semolina, half Fried Gond ,.some dry fruits and Mix Well. Grease the plate with little ghee and add gond pak mixture. spread it evenly.Add half the remaining gum (gond)and dry fruits on top. Allow mixture to set for 1 hour. Cut into pieces and enjoy gond pak for 15-20 days. Or you can serve in small glass
