Stuffing banao: Paneer, blackpepper aur salt mix karke chhoti balls bana lo. Palak layer: Palak ko squeeze karke pani nikal do, phir besan, salt, lasun, chilli mix karo.
Kofta banao: Paneer ball ko palak mixture se cover karke kofta bana lo.
Fry: Medium heat par shallow/deep fry karke side me rakh do.
Gravy: Oil/butter me onion paste bhuno, phir ginger-garlic, tomato puree, masale aur cashew daal kar achhi tarah cook karo. Cream add karo.
Serve: Gravy me kofta daal kar halka sa garam karo (zyada nahi).
Tip: Kofta last moment me gravy me daalo taaki toot na jaaye. Serve hot with naan ya jeera rice
