Today I made a dish perfect for the winter season, and it’s very healthy. Eating it in winter also helps keep the body warm. We made it with jaggery, millet, sesame seeds, and ghee. Let’s learn how to make it.

Step 1

First, melt the jaggery in water with a little sesame seeds and let it cool. Now, in a bowl, sift the millet flour, add the melted jaggery, 2 tablespoons of ghee, and sesame seeds, and knead it into a soft dough. (Add a little more water if needed.)

Step 2

Now, cut the dough into small portions and roll them into circles. Cut them into perfect circles using a small glass (if you can’t roll them properly, you can press them into round patties with your hands).

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kebabs over medium heat until lightly golden brown. Press a cashew nut onto each kebab. Prepare all the sweet kebabs in the same way.

Step 4

It can be cooled and stored in an airtight container for several days and enjoyed later. Enjoy!
