Step 1

For Makki Roti: Mix makki atta with warm water to form a soft dough.

Step 2

Shape into flatbreads using your palms.

Step 3

Cook on a hot tawa until golden from both sides.

Step 4

Apply ghee and keep warm.

Step 5

For Saag-: Boil mustard leaves and spinach until soft. Blend or mash coarsely.

Step 6

In ghee, sauté onion, garlic, and green chilli. Add the greens and cook on low flame for 10–15 minutes.

Step 7

Serve With White butter (makhan), Jaggery (gur)
