Step 1

Take a bowl and combine the sauce ingredients and mix well. Heat oil in a pan and add onion and garlic and cook for few seconds. Add the red bell pepper and mix well.

Step 2

Now add beans and boiled corn kernals and cook for few minutes. Add the rice and sauce and mix it well.

Step 3

Add salt and season with black pepper and serve immediately
