Lychee Kheer

Step 1

Remove the skin and seeds of lychee. Chop the pulp of lychee into four pieces.

Step 2

Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel. Once boiled keep it in a low flame. Add honey and lychee pulp and stir occassionally till thick.

Step 3

Add lychee essence and almonds and mix well. Garnish with silver vark and almonds. Serve chilled.
