Dry roast rava until light aromatic and keep aside.
Heat oil/ghee, add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Sauté onion, green chilli, and vegetables for 3–4 mins.
Add tomato and cook slightly soft.
Pour water and add salt; bring to boil.
Slowly add roasted rava while stirring continuously.
Cook on low flame until soft and fluffy.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot with sambar & coconut chutney.
